Jordan wouldn't accept any player not trying his best because he saw potential in all of them. He also made sure that every kid knew he had their interests at heart and cared about each as individuals... Jordan had a clear sense of who he was and of the values that were important to him. He never shied away from tough conversations and remained unflappable even when tested. He possessed a serenity that allowed him to never lose his cool even when confronted with criticism."
